Early lead gives North Paulding Wolfpack Varsity victory over McEachern, 11-0

North Paulding Wolfpack Varsity jumped out to an early lead on McEachern and captured an 11-0 victory on Thursday.
The game was decided quickly as the North Paulding Wolfpack Varsity exerted their will early with 11 runs in the first three innings.

An RBI single by GB Day, a two-run double by Abby Chandler, a sacrifice fly by Tori Nelson, and an RBI single by Chelsey Casteel in the first inning and a sacrifice fly by Alyssa Brumelow during the second inning supplied the early offense for the North Paulding Wolfpack Varsity. Brumelow racked up three RBIs on two hits for the North Paulding Wolfpack Varsity.

Caeley Anderson kept McEachern off the scoreboard for all five innings she was on the rubber. She pitched a shutout, allowing no opposing players to cross the plate on four hits while ringing up one.

The North Paulding Wolfpack Varsity tacked on another five runs in the third. A hit into a fielder’s choice scored Nelson to get the the Wolfpack Varsity on the board in the inning.
