North Paulding uses big second inning to beat Marietta High School, 22-0
North jumped out to an early lead on Marietta High School and captured a 22-0 victory on Tuesday. With 22 runs in the first three innings, the Wolfpack left no doubt about the eventual outcome.
Brumelow got a hit in each of her two at bats. Dixon looked sharp in the circle. Dixon gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out six during her three innings of work.
North Paulding easily handled Marietta High School pitching as six hitters combined for five hits, 11 RBIs and 18 runs scored.
